Performance appraisal is an important method to improve the quality of the higher vocational college. How to establish and improve the suitable for performance evaluation management system in higher vocational colleges is discussed in this paper, finally, the paper puts forward concrete measures.%高等职业院校实施绩效管理,是提升高职院校办学质量的重要方法.本文就建立、健全适合高职院校绩效考核管理体系进行分析探讨,并提出具体措施.
