具有中国特色网球竞技人才培养机制的探讨

摘要

本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和数理统计法,透过李娜成功的现象,分析国内外网球竞技人才培养模式的现状,探讨我国网球职业化进程中“举国体制”的人才培养模式与网球职业化的冲突,探索具有中国特色网球竞技人才培养机制.研究表明:“举国体制”培养模式在培养目标、管理方式和投入机制上与职业化产生冲突；我国网球竞技人才培养呈现以政府、企业、个人为投资主体多元化的发展趋势.%This paper analyzes the current state of tennis cultivation mode of athletes in our and other countries, discusses the conflicts between the mode of "national system" and tennis professional and quests for tennis cultivation principle of athletes which is of Chinese feature by the phenomenon of LINa's success with the methods of document, expert interview and statistic analysis. The research indicates: the mode of "national system" has some conflicts in cultivation objective, manage mode and investment; the mode of tennis cultivation of athletes takes on multi-aspect development trend of investment principal part for government, enterprise and individual.
