Accompanied with the rapid development of China's economy, the new factors that affect China strategic opportunities continue to increase, in which China faces oil crisis increasingly highlights, include oil supply and demand, the South China Sea disputes, oil imports, transportation and strategic reserves affect the China's oil security.
