基于PLC的T68镗床电气控制系统改造

There are many disadvantages in tradition Relay control circuit, such as complicated circuits, reliability and poor flexibility, etc. The operational principle of T68 boring machine old electric circuit is analyzed in this paper. Based on the analysis of the old control circuit about T68 boring machine, the transformation plan of electrical control circuit using PLC is put forward. The model of PLC is determined, the' I/O distribution table andprogram are presented in this paper. Using the method, the stability of equipment operation, flexibility and efficiency are improved.%传统的继电-接触器控制线路存在着电路复杂、可靠性和灵活差,维修工作量大等缺点.文章在分析了T68镗床旧控制电路的基础上,提出了利用PLC进行电气控制线路改造方案、确定了PLC型号,并给出了PLC I/O分配表及程序.这种方法提高了设备运行的稳定性、灵活性和效率.
