CNC齿轮测量中心三维测头电路设计

     

摘要

本文针对CNC齿轮测量中心,设计了一种基于USB总线的三维测头数据采集电路.采用AD698设计了差动变压器(LVDT)传感检测电路,设计了信号调理电路,采用AD7982设计了信号A/D转换电路.设计了ADC接口电路,中央处理电路和USB接口电路.所设计电路以数字方式传输检测结果,能有效提高测量电路的稳定性和可靠性.%A new three-dimensional probe data acquisition circuit is designed for CNC gear measuring center. Sensing circuit of Linear Variable Differential Transformer (LVDT) is designed based on AD698. Signal conditioning circuit and A/D transfer circuit based on AD7982 are designed. ADC interface circuit, central processing circuit and USB interface circuit also are designed. The new circuit send measuring result with digital data, thus the stability and reliability of the system are improved greatly.
