云南山区公路路线平曲布设的理念及相应措施

摘要

云南山区高差大,地形、地质复杂,若云南山区公路平面布设一味的套用标准,一则加大工程投入,给工程管理和实施带来了极大的困难；二则破坏环境,给沿线的生态环境带来了极大的破坏.本着“安全、协调、节约、环保、和谐”的设计目标,基于由重视设计标准向重视使用性能转变的新理念.本文指出了云南山区公路平面布设国家设计标准存在部分问题,并提出了解决措施.%The height difference of the mountainous areas of Yunnan is great, and the topography and geology is complex. If the highway horizontal curve layout of mountainous areas in Yunnan blindly applies the standard, the input of the project will increase and well bring great difficulties to the project management and implementation; it also will damage the environment and bring a great deal of damage to the ecological environment. Aiming at the design goal of "security, coordination, conservation, environmental protection, harmonious", it will change the design standards-based to the new ideas of using performance-based. The paper points out part of the problems in the national design standard for mountainous areas of highway horizontal curve layout of mountainous areas in Yunnan and proposes solutions.
