浅谈建筑工程项目的成本控制

摘要

Along with China's economic development, the state has increased investment on the project construction, but the project cost control management in enterprises is very weak. The project cost management of China's construction enterprises is in an extensive level and experience-based management level, and the cost management often is out of control. This paper introduces the status quo of cost control in China's construction industry, expounds the principles, methods and content of cost control, and obtains the solution for cost control of China's construction industry.%伴随着我国经济的发展,国家逐步加大对工程建设的投资力度,而企业在工程项目的成本控制管理方面却很薄弱,目前我国建筑施工企业在工程项目成本管理方面还处于一种粗放、经验型管理的层次,成本管理常处于失控状态.文章介绍了我国建筑行业成本控制的现状,阐述了成本控制的原则、方法和内容,得出了针对我国建筑行业成本控制的解决方法.
