建筑工程施工期间工程造价的控制与管理分析

摘要

工程造价是整个项目在施工过程中至关重要的控制环节.对项目的顺利开展起着决定性的作用.本文针对目前建筑工程施工阶段实际造价与预算不符的现象,对产生的原因进行了分析,指出了造价确定与控制中存在的各个方面的问题,通过加强管理和提高思想意识出发,给出了造价控制的措施和建议,可为进一步规范建设项目的过程提供参考.%Project cost is critical control link in the construction process of the whole project. It plays a decisive role for the smooth development of the project. In this paper, aiming at the phenomenon both don't match for the actual cost and budget of the construction stage, the causes are analyzed, cost determination and control in the presence of various aspects of the problem is pointed out, through strengthening the management and improve the ideological of person, the cost control measures and suggestions for is further given, these can provide reference for normative construction project process.
