In management of enterprises in the supply chain, the information risk is exist which is caused by the principal-agent mechanism and the bullwhip effect. Because these information risk tends to influence the interests of the principal, the principal must try to establish the effective supplier incentive mechanism, supplier performance evaluation system to prevent and control the risk.%在供应链企业管理中,由委托代理机制和牛鞭效应带来的信息风险是客观存在的.由于这些信息风险往往会影响委托方的利益,则委托方必须通过探索建立有效的供应商激励机制、供应商绩效评价体系等方式防范和控制这一风险.
