Under the new situation, as training students' spirit of innovation and practical capacity, university laboratories are faced with a new challenge. How to seize the opportunity to reform the laboratory system, raise the level and efficiency of management, achieve friendly environment, resource conservation and economic benefit, and better serve to teaching and scientific research has become new issue of deepening of the reform of higher education at present.
