随着我国开放型经济的不断发展和不断深入,外贸工作的重点经历着从单纯的出口型像双向型的转换,外贸工作的效果经历着从数量上堆积到注重外贸经济质量的转型,这就要求我们国际商会人在思想和行动上,在继承和总结以往工作的基础上,从根本上对国际商会事业大胆创新、大胆突破,拓展国际商会工作的空间.在外向型经济日益发展的今天,如何利用商会的优势,拓展法律服务的内容,提高法律服务的水平,是值得思考的问题.%With the continuous development and deepening of the open economy in our country, the focus of foreign trade work has experienced the conversion from the pure export-oriented type to two-way type, and the effect of foreign trade work has experienced the transformation from accumulation of quantity to pay attention to the economic quality of foreign trade, which requires us of International Chamber of Commerce(ICC) making bold innovation and breakthrough to career of ICC fundamentally in the thought and the action based on inheritance and the summary of previous work, so as to expand the space of ICC. With the increasing development of export-oriented economy, how to make use of the advantages of the chamber of commerce, expand the content of legal services, and improve the level of legal services is a problem which is worth considering.
