文章阐明了山野菜冰温活体保鲜的原理及特性;给出了降低山野菜冰温点的方法并选择Vc.CaCl2和蔗糖作为冰点调节剂进行了试验研究,最后采用正交试验的方法确定了山野菜活体保鲜的温度、湿度和冰点调节剂等活体保鲜参数.试验结果可供专业人员参考.%The principle and characteristic of hill wild living donor preservation will be introduced. The way to reduce the ice temperature of hill wild will be recommended, and some different freezing point regulator will be gived. Finaly, the factors of hill wild living donor preservation will be confirmed with the orthogonal test, and the result will be refered by the designer.
