高层建筑物沉降观测存在的问题及观测方法

摘要

Settlement observation in the building construction and using process is an important element. This article puts forward the basic requirements and the test procedure in the process of the high-rise building construction and the later use. The aim is to avoid the destruction of the main structure of the buildings and the cracks which affect the use function due to settlement, and to improve the quality of settlement observation of high-rise constructions.%沉降观测在建筑物的施工乃至使用过程中是一项重要工作,文章提出了高层建筑施工及使用过程中沉降观测的基本要求和施测步骤,使因沉降原因造成建筑物主体结构的损坏的事情不发生,避免产生影响结构使用功能的裂缝,使高层施工中的沉降观测质量得到改善.
