熵值法在大学生综合素质测评中的应用

摘要

近年来随着企业用人要求标准的提高,大学生综合素质测评对企业定量考察用人对象各方面的能力与素质发挥着重要的参考作用、本文引入熵值法在已有评价指标体系的基础上,缩小大学生综合素质测评范围,只对同一高校内不同学生进行测评,尝试得出一个比较客观的结果作相关研究参考之用.%In recent years, with the improvement of the standard for employment, the students' comprehensive quality assessment plays an important reference role for enterprise making quantitative inspection to the capacity and quality of employing object. This paper introduces the entropy method to the existing evaluation system, on this basis reduces the evaluation range of students' overall quality, only students in the same university, and tries to arrive at a more objective results for the relevant reference.
