构建高职互惠双赢的校企合作长效机制

The higher vocational education has the very strong practicality, its talent specifications must meet the job requirements. Carrying out school-enterprise cooperation becomes the strategic choice of promoting the development of the higher vocational education in our country. Characters and the deficiencies of domestic school-enterprise cooperation are discussed, and the main content of constructing higher vocational mutually beneficial win-win long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation is put forward.%高职教育具有很强的实践性,其人才规格必须符合岗位需求.校企合作的开展,成为推动我国高职教育发展的战略选择.讨论了国内校企合作的研究特点和存在的不足,提出了构建高职互惠多赢的校企合作长效机制的主要内容.
