价值分析法在EPC总承包中的应用研究

我国自1979年引入价值工程以来在一些企业得到了推广应用.加强价值分析在EPC总承包中的应用,有利于提高EPC总承包商和业主的经济效益,改变双方在价值博弈中的对立地位,在工程建设中,产生更大的经济效益和社会效益.%The Value Engineering is widely used in enterprises since it is introduced into China in 1979. Strengthening the application of value analysis in Engineering Procurement Construction is helpful to increase the economic benefit of general contractor and owner, change their opposition status in value game, and generate greater economic benefits and social benefits in engineering construction.
