基于FCE的现役装备改装风险综合评价模型

     

摘要

By using of new technologies to modify and improve active equipment, had become important way of equipment development. There were many more advantages to modify active equipments than develop new equipments, such as lower cost and shorter development cycle, although it had certain risk. The thesis studied the issues of comprehensive evaluation of active equipment modification risk, discussed the factors that had impacts on the active equipment modification, build the evaluation index system, established evaluation model by using of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE). At last, the paper gave the example to specify application of the model.%对现役装备进行现代化改装,已成为装备发展的重要途径.与新装备研制相比,现役装备改装具有成本低、周期短的优势,但仍存在一定风险.分析了现役装备改装的影响因素,构建了改装风险评价指标体系.建立在层次分析法和模糊综合评价法之上的模糊综合评价模型,最后通过算例给出了模型的应用.
