文章通过对绿色建筑及健康住宅概念的阐述,以及我国绿色建筑的发展现状并通过重视可持续发展观、开发生产“绿色建材”,对施工过程中环境的控制开始给予了重视,阐述了现实存在的问题.并针对如何进一步推进绿色建筑发展的政策措施通过发展新型绿色建筑材料、设计的重要性、进一步加强施工过程的环境控制、加强对家庭居室装修市场的管理、实施环境管理体系使企业的管理等几方面,来对绿色建筑的分析及发展观点,结合存在问题对发展对策加以论述.%This article expounded the concept of the green building and health residential, as well as China's present state of development of green building, paid attention to sustainable development concept, developed and produced "green building materials", started to pay attention to environmental control in construction process, and elaborated the existing problems. Aiming at how to further promote the policy for the development of green building, this article analyzed the green building and its development through the importance of the development of new green building materials and design, further strengthening the environmental control in construction process, strengthening the management of family home decoration market, implementing environmental management system and other aspects, and discussed development countermeasure combining with the existing problems.
