The power distribution network is one of the important infrastructures of urban modernization construction, and at the same time, it is key link of providing better electric power for users. Its construction directly affects the development of urban economy, the improvement of the quality of people's Living standard, the optimization of investment environment. To fully embody the macro and guidance of industry planning, insist on the strategy of sustainable development of electric power, and improve energy efficiency, speed up technical innovation of power grid to ensure the safe and economic operation of power grid. The implementation of power demand management has certain influence on the power system, and user, also has effect on planning for power distribution network.
