文章分析了我国建筑工程项目管理的现状和存在的问题,并从质量、成本、进度三个方面探讨了加强建筑工程项目管理的措施和建议.%This article analyses the present situation and existing problems of project management of construction engineering, and discusses the measures and proposals to strengthen the management of construction projects from three dimensions of quality, cost, schedule.
