With the continuous deepening of China's construction management system reform, and the formation of the market competition mechanism, production mode and organizational structure of construction enterprises has undergone profound changes, forming an enterprise production operation management pattern which takes the engineering project management as the core. Therefore engineering project management has become the focus of construction enterprise management. And the project cost control is the key to decide the market competitiveness of the construction enterprise.
