浅谈国际工程项目中货物出运管理

摘要

在每一个国际工程项目中有一个最基本的也是必须的环节,货物出运.货物出运管理的好坏直接影响项目进度和工期,项目成本以及项目质量等各方面.本文以一个实际执行的国际工程项目为背景,从实际中总结了关于货物出运管理方面的一些经验,愿与同行共同分享这方面的体会.%Goods delivery management is the basic and important section during executing the intemationa] contracting projects. It is related to all aspects of the project management, especially affecting on project cost, project schedule, and project quality. Tnis article focuses on the goods delivery management and makes the summary and share the practical experience on goods delivery management based on a real case which is the international project under the execution presently.
