改进SWOT方法及其在装备保障训练体制转型中的应用研究

摘要

针对传统SWOT不利于人们突破思维定式、产生创造性干预战略的缺点,基于创新的自组织杌理对传统SWOT方法进行了改进,基于改进SWOT方法对装备保障训练体制变革进行了研究,提出了建立“5位一体”的训练体系、完善多元协作机制、健全联保联训体制等改革对策.%The traditional SWOT method has the faults of disadvantaging breaking through the thinking pattern and making creationary measures. This paper improves the traditional SWOT method based on self-organization mechanism of innovation, and study the training system innovation using the improved SWOT, presents a series of innovation measures: set up the "integrative 5 entities" training system, consummate the training cooperation mechanism, set up the unite support & unite training system etc.
