With the rapid development of China, traffic can provide convenient, efficient transport service for Chinese economy and social development. The application of CIS technology in highway construction and management in China has become one of the important means of promoting modernization and informatization construction of highways. Combined with the technical characteristics of GIS and the business needs of highway management, this paper analyzes the requirements of the highway in domestic situation and system.
