非物质文化遗产视角下陕西民俗体育保护研究——以华山太极拳(剑)为例

Using documents, field surveys and other methods, this article analyzes the features of Huashan Taijiquan (sword) of non-material cultural heritage, such as the nature, balance, light, non-stroke and rehabilitation, starting from its historical origins, and thinks the Huashan Taijiquan (sword) has the value of sports culture, such as fitness, mind training, enlightenment, historical and cultural heritage and so on.%本文采用文献资料、田野调查等方法,从陕西非物质文化遗产华山太极拳(剑)历史渊源入手,探析了非物质文化华山太极拳(剑)的自然、平衡、轻灵、无招、康复等特征,认为华山太极拳(剑)具有健身、修心、教化、历史文化传承等体育文化价值.
