如何控制工程造价一直是工程技术管理人员探究的重点.本文从项目设计阶段就如何控制造价进行了分析和研究,尤其是针对设计中容易引起工程造价变更的部门进行了详细的分析.文章理论知识从实践中来,有一定的实践指导意义.%How to control the project cost has been the focus of the engineering and technical management stuff. In this paper, how to control the cost of the design phase is analyzed and researched, especially the departments easily lead to project cost changes in design are analyzed in detail.
