基于“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的材料工程师培养模式探索

摘要

Based on the research on domestic and abroad engineering talent training mode, this paper analyzes the problems in domestic and abroad engineering talent training mode. According to specialized characteristics, guided by "Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers", it establishes the goal of material engineer training based on "Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers". Considering the diversity of material major and the material engineering talent demand, the article suggests to reform and innovate the education idea of material engineering talents, optimize the theory teaching and practical teaching, make the school-enterprise cooperation way to train material engineer, establish and improve scientific evaluation system, and then explore a talent training mode for developing great material engineer.%本文在对国内外工程类人才培养模式调研的基础上,分析总结国内工程类高校人才培养模式主要问题,结合材料专业特点,以“卓越计划”为指导,确定基于“卓越计划”的材料工程师培养目标.考虑材料专业的多样性和对材料工程型人才需求的多样性,通过改革和创新材料工程人才教育理念,优化理论教学和实践教学环节,制定校企合作途径联合培养材料工程师,并建立健全科学的评价体系,进而探索一条培养卓越材料工程师的人才培养模式.
