浅议高等教育学在学生管理中的应用

摘要

文章结合高等教育学系统理论,对目前高等教育的现状及存在的问题进行了阐述,分析了高等教育学与学生管理的关系,对目前高等教育中学生所具有的与时代相对应的新特征进行了总结,并提出了相对应的管理对策,这对于当下高等教育的实际实施具有直接的指导意义.%This article elaborates on the current condition and existing problems of the higher education, and analyzes the relations between the higher education and students' management combining with the theories of higher education system. It is summarized that the students have represented new characteristics corresponding to the time in the higher education, proposes the matching management strategies which are playing a significant role in guiding the carrying-out of the current higher education.
