Yunnan Logistics Industry is in a rapid period of development, and personnel is the key to the development of Logistics industry. This paper analysed the status of logistics personnel training, and pointed out the talents were still wanted and the quality was needed to improve. At last, measures and suggestions were proposed from level of personal training, professional characteristics, practice education and teachers etc.%云南物流业正处于快速发展时期,而物流人才是制约云南物流业发展的关键.本文分析了云南物流人才培养现状指出物流人才却与实际需求相差甚远,并且整体素质偏低,并进一步从人才培养层次、专业特色、实践教育和教师队伍等方面给出相应的对策与建议.
