图书馆是高校进行文化熏陶的重要场所,因此,高校需要更加重视图书馆人力资源建设,尤其是民办高校.本文以科学发展现为角度来探讨如何加强民办高校图书馆人力资源建设,这也是是新时期下图书馆发展的必然途径.%The library- is an important place of culture in colleges and universities, therefore, colleges and universities need to pay more attention to human resources construction of libraries, especially in private institutions. This article discusses how to strengthen the human resources construction of private institutions from the scientific development concept which is also the inevitable trend of library development in the new period.
