提升江苏省生物医药产业创新能力的若干思考

本文以江苏省为例,以提升生物医药产业创新能力为主题,通过对江苏省生物医药创新能力的现状、存在的问题和面临的挑战进行分析,提出完善融资体系、建立人才激励机制、深化制度改革,打造良好的政策环境等提升策略.%Researching on the innovation ability of the bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry in Jiangsu Province, the corresponding suggestion and policies, such as improving the financing system, building human resource system and creating a good policy environment are proposed to promote the development of the bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry in Jiangsu Province.
