系统价值方法视角的大型工程项目设计阶段价值管理研究

摘要

综述了价值工程理论在国内外的研究和应用进展;阐述系统价值方法是适用于大型工程项目价值管理研究和实施的指导性理论方法,基于上述视角,提出大型工程项目设计阶段价值管理研究的内容、对象和任务的初步框架.%Abstracted the updated researching and application progress on Value Engineering in the world. Described why the Systematic Value Methodology be the right rule to conduct Value Management on Large Scale Projects. Presented a brief sketch on the scope of contents, objects and tasks of Value Management on Large Scale Projects during planning and design phase.
