本文在充分调研榆林火力发电厂现场作业环境的基础上,针对煤电机控制系统参数运行不稳定的特性,利用锅炉给煤系统中进/出煤量和煤电机之间的关系,建立了煤仓高度与进/出煤量的数学模型.通过MATLAB的M语言进行仿真分析,实现了煤仓进/出煤量之比a的优化.结果表明:a取值在0.1~0.5之间时,各煤仓煤位均处于稳定工作状态,仿真实验验证了该系统具有运行可靠性和稳定性.%Based on the full investigation of Yulin power station's actual conditions in this paper, and according to the unstable operating characteristics of coal motor control system parameters, a bunker height and in/out coal mass mathematical model were established using the relationship between in/out coal mass of boiler coal feeding system and coal motor. By the M language of MATLAB simulation analysis, the in/out coal mass ratio of coal bunker was optimizated. The results indicate that the proposed method could operate stably for coal level in various conditions as the in/out coal rate between 0.1-0.5, and simulation experiment gives that this system has reliability and stability.
