基于胜任素质模型的民营快递企业员工素质研究

摘要

Although started late, private courier enterprises in China are developing rapidly all over the country. But it appears a series of problems such as the shortage of quality talents. Combining with the present situation of private courier enterprises employees, this article uses AHP method to construct various personnel competency model. It hopes that this article will play the role on enhancing the staff quality in practice of private courier enterprises.%我国民营快递企业起步较晚但发展迅速.然而,在发展过程中存在一系列人才素质匮乏问题.本文结合民营快速企业从业人员现状,在此基础上运用层次分析法构建胜任素质模型,以期在实践方面对民营快递企业人才素质提升起到借鉴作用.
