基于拉动的flowshop车间手工作业线人员定额研究

摘要

为了实现制造企业流水车间手工作业线人员配置的优化,本文对比不同的生产方式下人员配置的方法,对拉动模式下的流水车间手工作业岗位人员配置的影响因素进行了细致分析.运用数学方法,构建人员配置运算函数,并以此为基础开发了岗位人员配置模型,对企业的人员配置状态进行全面准确的调整.%In order to help the flowshop of manufacturers enterprise to configurate personnel effectively,this paper puts forward optimizational manual designing process under the pull mode, according to comparison of ways of staffing under different modes of production method.Then it used mathematical methods to construct staffing operations function which the development of the staffing model jobs based as. In the end,the paper uses the staffing model jobs to conduct a comprehensive and accurate analysis for human resources system.
