目的:探讨EXCEL电子表格在护理管理中应用.方法:由护理部使用EXCEL电子表格设计统一的报表,由各病区将所需信息及时进行输入,通过电脑联网实现护理信息的层层上传及下达,便于信息、数据的及时交流及反馈,并比较2008年、2009年各科室的护理质量.结果:2009年各科室护理质量与2008年相比均有明显上升,经比较均(p<0.05)差异有统计学意义.结论:在护理管理中应用EXCEL电子表格可有效节约人力和时间,提高工作效率和管理质量.%Objective: To investigate the application of EXCEL spreadsheet in nursing administration. Method: Department of nursing design unified reporting by using EXCEL spreadsheet, wards are responsible for inputting the required information timely, through network to achieve the communication of nursing information, easy to timely exchange and feedback of information, data. And to compare with the quality of nursing of sections in 2008 and 2009. Result: Compared with quality of nursing of sections in 2008, the quality of nursing of sections in 2009 is significantly increased, (p <0.05) difference through the comparison, which has statistically significant. Conclusion: Applying Excel spreadsheet in nursing management can effectively save time and manpower, which can improve work efficiency and quality of management.
