全面提高农民素质是建设社会主义新农村的关键之我谈——杨凌杜家坡村农民素质调查

摘要

在新农村建设中,培养新型农民是社会主义新农村建设的出发点和落脚点,而农民的文化素质、技能水平和思想道德水平,直接决定新农村建设的成败.本文通过分析全国农村固定观察点之一杨凌杜家坡等村农民素质现状,指出农民素质较低对杨凌新农村建设的影响及提高农民素质的对策.%In the new rural construction, training new farmers is the starting and ending points of the construction of new socialist countryside, and farmers' cultural quality, skilled level and the ideological and moral standards directly determine the success of the new rural construction. Through analyzing the status of farmers of Dujiapo village of Yangling, one of national rural fixed observation spots, this paper points out the impact of lower farmers' quality on new rural construction of Yangling as well as the counter-measures of improving farmers' quality.
