建立现代大学制度,健全大学内部治理结构创新思考

完善中国特色现代大学制度,健全内部治理结构,是一个必须正视和亟待解决的关键问题.本文对现代大学制度内涵作了阐述,从外部和内部管理体制方面分析了存在的问题,提出了现代大学制度外部完善和改革要正确处理好大学与政府、大学与社会、大学与大学之问的关系.现代大学制度内部完善和改革,健全合理的内部治理结构要坚持“党委领导、校长管理、教授治学”.%Perfecting modern university system with Chinese characteristics and improving the internal management structure is a key problem that must be faced up and be solved.
