我国货币政策调控房价的效应研究

摘要

With the rapid development of economy, the development of real estate industry is significant to adjust the economic structure. Along with China's house prices continue to rise, although it can drive the rapid development of China's economy, it has very many problems. This article studies the effect of China's monetary policy on the adjustment of the house price, and puts forward some suggestions.%随着经济的快速发展,房地产业的不断发展对调整经济结构有很重要的作用,随着我国的房价持续上涨趋势日益严重,虽然可以带动我国的经济快速发展,但是也存在着很多的问题,本文通过我国的货币政策调控房价的效应进行讨论研究,分析我国货币政策对房价的影响,并提出一些建议.
