高校构建马克思主义学习型党组织的思考

摘要

The construction of Marxist -oriented learning party organization in colleges and universities is very important to the scientific development, core competence, high-quality talent, civilized colleges and universities. The main ways include establishing the idea of learning party organization, constructing the learning-type organization common vision; creating cultural atmosphere of learning organization, reinforcing groups learning of learning party organization, perfecting the incentive mechanism of learning party organization, and designing virous forms of leamingactivity carrier.%在高校建设马克思主义学习型党组织对院校的科学发展、核心竞争力、高素质人才、文明大学等都起到关键作用.高校构建马克思主义学习型党组织的主要途径有:树立学习型党组织新理念；构建学习型党组织共同愿景；营造学习型党组织文化氛围；强化学习型党组织团体学习；健全学习型党组织激励机制；设计形式多样的学习活动载体.
