浅谈造价管理中工程预算定额的应用

摘要

For the current rising project cost, the article makes a study on the application of the project budget quota in cost management. First, it makes a summarization for project budget quota, analyzes its concept, development process, and classification and role, and analyzes the characteristics and structure of project cost. At last, it makes a study on the cause of the rising project cost, and puts some control measures combining with project budget quota.%针对当下工程造价不断上升的现象,本文对工程预算定额在造价管理中的应用进行了研究.首先对工程预算定额进行了概述,分析了其概念、发展过程以及分类和作用,然后针对工程造价的特点以及构成进行了分析,最后研究了工程造价不断上涨的原因,并与工程预算定额相结合提出了一些控制措施.
