对教师生活方式、体育健身的调查与分析

摘要

By investigating and analyzing the lifestyle and sports fitness of 217 teachers from 21 universities and middle schools in Yunan, Cuizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing, the research shows that the introduction of competition mechanism, recruitment system, end elimination system and competition for teaching causes great pressure to teachers, which leads to health down gradually. Aimed at this problem, we put forward to several suggestions to strengthen teachers' sports activities.%通过对西南地区云、贵、川、渝四省、市21所大学、中学217名教师的生活方式、体育健身情况进行调查分析.研究表明,学校教育引入竞争机制,实行全员聘用制、末尾淘汰制和竞聘授课制等,教师感受到前所未有的压力.与此同时教师的生活方式、体育健身也发生了一些变化,存在着压力增大和身体健康状况呈逐渐下降的趋势.针对存在的问题,我们提出了加强教师体育健身活动的若干建议.
