合训学员的军政素质和任职能力的高低,直接关系到军队的建设问题,而这种素质能力的培养不是短期之内就能实现的.本文从合训学员军政素质、任职能力与综合素质培养这一系统工程的关系出发,探讨在学历教育阶段如何更加有效的培养合训学员的军政素质和任职能力.%Military and political quality as well as capacity of holding posts of integrated training cadets concern the constriction of army, and the training can not achieve in the short term. This paper discussed how to cultivate military and political quality as well as capacity of holding posts of integrated training cadets more effectively, starting from the relationship of system engineering of military and political quality, capacity of holding posts and comprehensive quality training.
