企业逆向物流回收模式的比较研究

摘要

Through building the math models, this paper makes comparative analysis of three operation models of reverse logistics, including, manufacturer take-back model, retailer take-back model, third party take-back model. On the basis of the math models, it acquires optimal solutions of the take-back price, the take-back quantity, the recovery rate and the margins of manufacturer. Then three inferences are acquired through the comparative analysis of these optimal solutions. At last, it divides market into two different styles: competitive market and regulative market, according to the residual value of the take-back products. The conclusion shows that three inferences are suitable for both two markets.%首先通过建立数学模型,对比分析生产商回收、生产商委托零售商和第三方物流企业回收等三种逆向物流的回收模式,从而得到三种模式下的回收价格、回收数量、回收努力程度以及生产商的利润的最优解.然后通过对最优解进行对比,得出两个具有实际参考价值的推论.最后,根据废旧产品残余价值的高低将市场环境分为竞争市场和调控市场,分别考察三个推论在不同市场环境下的适用性.研究结果表明,在上述两种不同类型得市场环境下,三个推论均有效.
