With competition growing, industry of energy saving and consumption reduction has began to receive widespread attention in the community. The polyacrylamide is widely used in the production, but it will have a lot of electric energy consumption of production costs. To saves expenditure of enterprise, we need to select a ideal adjusting speed control way. Applying variable-frequency device to wind machine driven control occasions is a common method, and its direct and indirect economic benefits is significantly. It can reduce discontinued cycle, greatly reduce costs for device maintenance, it both can meet requirements of production technology, and can improve the using efficiency of device, and the device one-time investment usually can be all recovered in 9-16 months.%随着市场竞争的不断加剧,节能降耗业已经开始受到社会各界的广泛关注,风机在聚丙烯酰胺生产中使用的范围非常广泛,但它会产生一大笔电能消耗的生产费用开支.为了节省企业的开支,我们要选择一种理想的调速控制方式,将变频器设备用于风机驱动控制场合是一种比较常见的方法,它的直接和间接经济效益十分显著,如它可以降低停产周期,大大减少设备维护、维修费用,既可满足生产工艺的要求,又可以提高设备的使用效率,设备一次性投资通常可以在9~16个月的生产中全部收回.
