浅谈职业院校如何实施全面素质教育——以天津城市建设管理职业技术学院为例

Quality-oriented education takes overall improving people's quality as the target, focuses on training students' innovative spirit and practical ability, trains builders of and successors to the cause of socialism with lofty ideals, integrity, knowledge and a strong sense of discipline.
