一种小功率半导体激光器驱动电源的设计

半导体激光器的稳定性更取决于电流控制器.实际中的电流源在应用于半导体激光器中的时候,仍有许多需要改进的地方.在这篇文章中,笔者描述了一种小功率半导体激光器的新型电源的设计方法.%Semiconductor lasers are more dependent on the stability of current controls. When applying the current supply in the semiconductor lasers, it needs much improvement. In this article, the author describes one design method of the new power source of small power semiconductor lasers.
