双螺杆泵螺旋套断裂失效分析及对策

摘要

Screw pump as a kind of displacement pump is suitable for transporting high-viscosity crude oil in a stable operation and high working efficiency. But over the past few years, one CNPC oil company in Sudan has suffered a lot from screw pump failures which have greatly impacted the company normal crude oil pipeline transportation. By a detailed investigation into the shaft failure incident, several causes and contributive issues are reviewed and their likelihood explained. Finally, a root cause analysis is conducted and come to the corresponding countermeasures. The subsequent engineering practice demonstrates the proposed countermeasures are able to promote pump safety operation.%螺杆泵作为一种容积式泵适用于输送高粘度原油,运转稳定,工作效率较高.但在过去的几年中,某一油气勘探开发公司的原油外输管道系统的双螺杆泵故障不断,严重影响了正常的原油外输作业.通过对一起双螺杆泵螺旋套断裂失效事故的深入调查分析,力图找出事故发生的根本原因,同时,给出了避免类似事故发生的建议措施.
