Purpose: To develop the close relationship between nurse and patient, understand the patient information, reduce patients' fear sense to surgery and reduce surgical risks. Methods: The nurses visit the patients before surgery to understand the basic condition of patients, eliminate the strange sense between doctor and patient, explain the operation-related content, and instruct the method to coordinate the operation to patients. Result: The patients' anxiety and fear to surgery is reduced, the patients actively coordinated the operation, the duration of operation is shortened, and there is no accident.%目的:密切护患关系,了解病情信息,减轻患者对手术的恐惧感,降低手术风险.方法:手术室护士术前访谈病人,了解患者基本病情,消除医患之间的陌生感,对手术相关内容进行讲解,教会患者手术配合的方法.结果:降低了患者对手术的忧虑与恐惧感,术中积极配合,缩短了手术时间,无手术意外发生.
