论新教育纲要背景下高校基层班级的管理

根据新的教育规划做好大学基层学生工作就有着举足轻总的作用,本文就新的纲要背景下,做好高校班级管理工作作系统阐述,提出应用12345这五个关键要素,来阐述如何做好高校基层班级管理工作.%It has a crucial role in doing college grassroots student work well, according to the new educational program. This paper described management of university classes under the background of new Outline of Higher Education, and proposed how to do colleges' primary class management well by applying five key elements, I.e. To clear a center; To use two "helmsman"well; To correctly handle three relationship; To strengthen four construction and pay attention to five types of special students.
